For years we’ve made our distiller’s proof moonshine available in small bottles, but we are finally releasing it in 750ml. At 140 proof, this is a potent spirit that is designed for further intervention by the user, as an infusion, a tincture, or as something to be aged. This is the measurement that we collect our spirit after distillation before proofing down to 116 (for our Straight Bourbon) and filling a new charred oak barrel.
