Refund & Exchange Policy

We fully stand behind our product and aim to have our policy to reflect this. We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may now return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges.

Return within 15 days: Returns mailed and postmarked to us within 15 days of the date you received the item(s) are eligible for your choice between 1.) full refund or 2.) exchange plus an additional $10 store credit.

Return within 15 - 30 days: Returns mailed and postmarked to us after 15 days and up to 30 days after delivery will be issued in the form of equal store credit. We unfortunately cannot accept returns mailed after 30 days.

Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund. Custom designs are not eligible for return or exchange. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
